Carl and Sarah hail from New Jersey and DC, have traveled all over the world, then decided to settle down in Sacramento, CA because of its proximity to skiing and other opportunities.  Carl bought his ski condo in 2009 and has been improving and enjoying it ever since.  Renters are welcome and appreciated as the beautiful space shouldn't go to waste!
